| The name speaks for itself. If you want a bargain hotel then go stay at a Hampton inn. However, if you want to experience world class service and amenities, then go to he Broadmoor. |

| had to be there for a funeral. Fantastic hotel, super comfortable, nice folks, a 5 star place. would stay there again any time, quiet, beautiful, serene, classy. Can't rate it higher! |

| Staff EXTREMELY courteous. Upkeep fabulous!
Food not cheap but you get what you pay for so no complaint.
Late breakfast difficult to get except with room service. |

| I have never stayed at a hotel where the service is better. The grounds are picture perfect. The pool was relaxing and fun.

| サービス、対応などすばらしいです。施設も充実しており、とてもリラックスできます。
唯一の欠点は、立地と思います。周りに何も無く（目的によってはそれが良いことだと思いますが）、買い物や食事に出かけるのが面倒です。
ただし、それらを含めてもリゾートには、文句なしのホテルです。 |

| Great resort hotel. But why charge an additional daily fee of $16/day for services provided for free with every hotel of this calibar and most hotels of lesser quality. Since when do hotels charge for in-room coffee makers, local and toll-free calls, fitness room use (just machines,classes are charged extra), or even newspapers. They may as well raise the regular room rate rather than surprise you with this extra charge after check-in. Parking was additional and any fitness classes were additional. If the charge included that I would understand but its insulting to charge extra for services EVERYONE else includes in the room rate. Just check Hilton, Sheraton, Ritz Carlton, probably even Holiday Inn. |

| The stay at the Broadmore was a marvelous experience. From arrival to departure all of the
staff and personel were extremely cordial and
cheerful. They went out of their way to make the
stay a memorable time. |

| This was the perfect hotel, with perfect service, and many great features including the suite with the fireplace. We went offseason so the hotel was only at 3% capacity, and got to enjoy the hotub in the snow. I just wish we had more time there. I preferred the restaurant on the first floor more than the British pub for food. |
